A HELPING HAND FROM AN IRISH OPERATOR IN TIME OF NEED

Well a big thanks was given to Paddywagon this month. Wait to you hear this, the lads at Paddywagon decided to go onto the Joe Duffy Show and offered seats to stranded Irish Citizens going from Europe to Dublin. The Company had 16 vehicles returning to the country empty and they thought they would do their bit.

But no one thought they would as big a response. Following the interview, that day alone the Company received over 5000 calls and over 2000 emails.

The Company have one member of staff dealing with all emails and four managing the phones, however on the day in question the phone system collapsed. With the volume of emails coming in they were only able to answer 10%. Thanksfully interested family members were able to call into the Paddywagon Offices in Dublin for more information and by the end of the day the Company had filled all their buses.
