Support services business AssetCo's vehicle assembly business UV Modular has been placed into administration. AssetCo says the move is in line with a statement at its interims that following a strategic review it would seek to exit low- margin businesses and focus on development of growth opportunities. Group trading remains in line to meet market expectations.

It's been brought to your attentioned that Asset Co seperated its bus production from the ambulance business. The seperation involved the creation of a new Company Treka Bus Ltd. We have been told that this Compnay is trading as normal, all staff are the same, the products are still in production and the same customer product support.
