UNVI appoints Loughshore Autos Ltd & H & H Bus Commercials Ltd as Customer Service Representatives in Northern Ireland

UNVI, the Spanish coach manufacturing division of Perez Rumbao Group, has confirmed the appointment of Loughshore Autos Limited to coordinate all Northern Ireland customer service activities from their facility in Ardboe, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone and H & H Bus Commercials Ltd in Maghera, Co. Derry.

Under this arrangement, UNVI will continue to promote and offer its well established Touring and Touring XL, Cimo XL, Classic and GT product range in Ireland.

A family owned business founded in 1922, UNVI has its headquarters and factory in Galicia, North West of Spain. A second production unit is located in Portugal where all of their right hand drive coaches are built.

Currently, the company has sales in more than 19 European countries, including several countries in the American, Asian and African continents. Over the last five years, they have delivered more than 400 coaches in  Ireland.

Loughshore Autos Limited and H & H Bus Commericals will provide UNVI with full after sales facilities and warranty back-up in addition to being responsible for preparing all new UNVI vehicles for delivery to Northern Ireland customers. They will also work alongside UNVI as appointed sales agents for Northern Ireland and will handle all sales inquiries, including the provision of all vehicle demonstrations.

For UNVI customers, this appointment will provide a direct line of communication in order to ensure a speedy response to all after sales requirements.

As part of the arrangement, both Companies have invested in stocks of UNVI vehicle parts at their facility in Keenagh. Stock items include glazing, windscreen, GRP, lights, doors, wipers, seat accessories, etc.
In addition to normal servicing, facilities include; brake testing,computer diagnostics, air conditioning service,  towing and recovery, paint and accident repairs, glazing and signwriting.
